West Coast Engineering Co., Ltd. participated in a hands-on training workshop on “MAG Welding (Flux-Cored Wire) for Carbon Steel Butt Joint Plates with Backing, in accordance with International Standard ISO 9606-1”, organized by the Institute for Skill Development 36, Prachuap Khiri Khan from July 15–18, 2025.
The purpose of this training was to enhance the knowledge and skills of welding personnel, enabling them to work more efficiently and achieve ISO 9606-1 international certification—a globally recognized standard for welding competency.
The training program covered academic lectures, live demonstrations, hands-on practice, and a practical welding test, conducted by a team of expert instructors from the Institute.
