The Repair Top & Bottom Cross head F2-F3 by WCE’s Machinery Technology and Engineering Solutions (MTS) unit involves a process of welding damaged surfaces and machining the top & bottom cross head F2-F3 parts according to specifications. The process includes crack inspection and measurement using a CMM Scan to minimize damage during inspection. The parts are then assembled with the Liner before being put back into use. The entire process takes 60 days to complete.
