  • Description: The Onsite Machine Service provided by MTS (Machinery Technology and Engineering Solution Sub-Business Unit) from WCE involves Onsite Milling of surface base motor gear. There are 6 sets in total. Prior to repair, the surfaces of the workpieces are inspected using CMM Scan technology to confirm level values. Subsequently, machining is conducted on the motor and gear bases to achieve the required level. The entire process takes 12 days.

The service of repairing and maintaining machinery at customers’ premises nationwide and internationally helps save costs and time. It ensures efficient restoration without the need for transportation delays and complies with international standards using modern tools and technology. Additionally, it provides testing and measurement services without damaging the workpieces.
