West Coast Engineering (WCE) was founded in the year 2542 B.E. as a subsidiary of
the Sahaviriya Steel Industries Limited. Currently, it has a registered capital of 120 million baht.
West Coast Engineering Co., Ltd. (WCE) was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 50 million baht and operates as a 100% Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI)-owned subsidiary. By 2021, WCE had increased its registered capital to 120 million baht. WCE providing comprehensive engineering services. With over 25 years of experience, WCE delivers industrial plant maintenance, machinery design and manufacturing, steel structure fabrication, and railway engineering, as well as robotics and automation engineering. The company serves a wide range of industries, including steel, pulp and paper, cement, energy, petrochemicals, and public utilities for both government and private sectors.

Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited, or SSI, is Thailand’s first manufacturer of hot-rolled steel sheet in coils (HRC) and the largest fully integrated flat steel producer in Southeast Asia. Located at the Bangsaphan Industrial Estate in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, SSI operates with a maximum production capacity of 4 million tons per year. The company focuses on developing premium-grade steel products to serve the growing demand in the automotive, energy, transportation, and construction sectors.

Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Public Company Limited, or TCRSS, is Thailand’s first and largest producer of cold-rolled steel sheet in coils. Established in 1995 as a joint venture between SSI and leading Japanese companies, TCRSS operates its cold strip mill in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, with a maximum production capacity of 1.2 million tons per year. Its cold-rolled steel products are widely used in the automotive, electrical appliance, furniture, packaging, and construction industries.

Thai Coated Steel Sheet Company Limited, or TCS, is Thailand’s first manufacturer of electro-galvanized steel sheet in coils and a leading producer in Southeast Asia. Founded in 1992 as a joint venture between SSI and Japanese partners, TCS has a maximum production capacity of 180,000 tons per year. Its electro-galvanized products offer superior corrosion resistance and a smooth surface finish, making them ideal for the automotive, computer, and electrical appliance industries.

Prachuap Port Company Limited, or PPC, manages and operates a privately owned deep-sea port located in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The port is directly connected to the group’s steel manufacturing facilities, enabling large-scale import of raw materials and export of finished products. It serves as a vital logistics infrastructure that strengthens the operational capabilities of the entire Sahaviriya Steel Industries Group.
