The overhaul of 13 gearboxes is provided by WCE’s Machinery Technology and Engineering Solutions (MTS) unit. The process involves disassembling the gearboxes for crack or damage inspection, performing alignment, reassembling, and conducting standard inspections and settings. This is followed by performance and operational testing, and painting before delivery. The entire process takes 60 days to complete.
